Significado:
Arbusto de las Molucas, de la familia de las Gutíferas, con hojas opuestas, agudas, coriáceas y lustrosas, flores terminales, solitarias, con cuatro pétalos rojos, y fruto carnoso, comestible y muy estimado.
Ejemplo:
Cóctel ecológico con mangostán: Este cóctel sirve para borrar las estrías y celulitis. Si no se desea consumir el mangostán, se puede extraer su aceite que, al aplicarse en las zonas con problemas, cumple la misma función.
