To make the meringue put the egg whites, sugar, lemon juice, and salt in a blender until they go stiff. Grease an oven tray with butter and dust it with flour. Using a spoon put little balls of the egg whites on the tray and bake them on a low heat for an hour. Take it out of the oven when they have dried. Leave them to cool. Mix the strawberries in a blender until they make a paste, then mix them with the cream and the Gran Marnier and put them in the fridge for at least an hour. Serve the meringue covered in the strawberry sauce.
