Salmon with prawns and Rose-Marie sauce

METHOD

Brown the garlic with a little oil in a saucepan and then remove. Clean the prawns and add them to the pan and brown them. Remove them for the pan but keep them hot. Brown the salmon slices in the same pan; add the prawns again with the cream and tomato sauce. Add salt and pepper. Cook for around 10 minutes on a medium heat. Sprinkle with black pepper.
