METHOD

Put the oil in a pan with the butter to melt. When everything is hot add the flour to the pan and mix everything. Then pour the milk gradually and whilst it starts to boil and keep mixing until the white sauce becomes thick. Then once it has reached a thick sauce take it from the heat and keep for later. Then fry the chicken fillets until they are cooked on the inside and the out and cover them with the sauce. Let them then cool down for at least for two hours. Then once they have cooled down roll them in egg and the grated bread and fry them in hot oil. This dish can be accompanied with salad.
