Cut the rabbit into small pieces. Skin the tomatoes and remove the seeds. Chop the garlic finely and put it into the oil with the rabbit and the crushed peppers. Brown the meat. Add the white wine and allow it to evaporate. Add the tomato, some laurel leaves, salt, a little of the stock cube and cook with the pan half covered for 45 minutes on a medium heat.
