Pine nut sponge cake

INGREDIENTS:
- 200gr of flour
-
200gr of sugar
-
4 eggs
-
50gr pine nuts
-
100ml of oil
-
One small spoonful of yeast
-
2 egg yolks
-
Grated lemon
METHOD:
In a bowl beat together the sugar, the eggs (both whites and yolks), a drop of milk and the grated lemon until the mixture gains a good consistency. At this point the flour and the yeast is added and finally the oil. The mixture then again needs to be mixed for some minutes until the whole ¡thing is well mixed. Pour the mixture into a cake tin and cover the surface with pine nuts. This is then cooked in the oven at a temperature of 210ºC for 30 minutes.
