Lemon sponge cake

INGREDIENTS:
- 3 eggs
-
160gr of sugar
-
10gr of thick cream
-
A pinch of salt
-
75gr of butter
-
160gr of flour
-
A large lemon
METHOD:
Grease a cake tin with butter covering it with foil, also greased with butter. In a salad bowl crack two eggs and mix them with the sugar, the salt, grated lemon rind and mix until the mixture is fluffy. Melt the butter in a saucepan, mix the cream and the flour and add some yeast. Once the butter is melted add it to the four and cream and mix well. Mix both mixtures together and mix well and add the complete thing into the cake tin. Then put the cake tin into the oven for 45 minutes. To see if it ready prick the cake with a sharp implement and if it is ready the sharp point should be clean and have no dough.
Take the sponge out of the cake tin and the foil and let it cool down. Decorate it with some slices of lemon. This is also really good with chocolate poured over the top.
