
INGREDIENTS
- 1 litre of milk
- 100ml of poultry fat (any poultry animal)
- 50gr of sugar
- 1 bread roll
- 1 cinnamon stick
- Ground cinnamon
METHOD
Pour the milk into a small pan with the cinnamon stick and the sugar. Melt the poultry fat. Add approximately 100ml of poultry fat to the milk after taking it off the hob. Share out the soup into 4 cups or bowls, add some slices of bread roll, toasted beforehand. Season with the ground cinnamon and serve hot.
