Incautarse
This is the correct form. It is incorrect to use "incautar" as in: *"La policía incautó la cocaína".
Ejemplo:
La policía se incautó de diecisiete millones de euros en billetes falsos.

Indio / hindú
Indio: Is used to refer both to inhabitants of India and to native Americans.
Hindú: Person who practices the religion of the same name.
Ejemplo:
Hay indios musulmanes e hindúes.
