donQuijote offers language camps during the summer for both children and teens who want to learn Spanish in a fun and international environment. In most of our summer language programs, students learning Spanish will be integrated with up to 60% Spaniards who are learning English at the same camp. This offers a unique opportunity to not only learn Spanish abroad but also to practice it with new friends.
Full Board Summer Camp
Students who take part in the Full Board Summer Camp program will be supervised 24 hours a day for the length of time that they choose to participate in the program. In the morning students will participate in language classes followed by a wide range of activities including workshops, excursions, games, sports, parties, competitions and more. We recommend this program as children will greatly benefit from living in an international environment, making friends and practicing their new language skills. Accommodation is offered in a student residence or with a local Spanish host family. Note: Host family accommodation is not available in all destinations and is only for students over the age of 14.
The Day Camp program is perfect for students who are visiting Spain with family as it provides a unique opportunity to participate in both language classes and all scheduled camp activities while returning to their families at night and on weekends.
Spanish Course Only
Only interested in taking part in the language course offered at summer camp? Sign up for the Spanish Course Only summer program and participate in the morning language classes given at camp from Monday through Friday.
Junior Camp Program
The Junior Camp program is specially designed for older more independent teens who want to experience life abroad with less restrictions and more freedom. The junior camps offer a moderate level of supervision as participants are responsible for getting to and from school and scheduled activities on their own.
International Summer Camps in Spain
In addition to the wide range of planned activities and workshops, for an additional fee summer camp participants can sign-up to participate in optional sports that vary by date and destination. Some examples include tennis, horseback riding, golf, swimming, sailing, paddleball and soccer. Additionally, on certain dates and in some destinations students have the special option of training with the prestigious Arsenal Soccer School!
