Peel and cut the potatoes into slices. Cook them in salt water. Then once they are cooked drain and keep them for later. Prepare the pastry by mixing the flour and the butter until they have combined and then after that add the egg yolk. Also add a little salt and water. Mix everything together and leave it stand for 30 minutes. Once it has had chance to stand, roll the pastry dough with a rolling pin and place it into a pie dish. Mark the bottom of the pie with the tips of a fork. Then pop it in the oven for 15 minutes.
