- 400g of ham
- 3 natural yogurts
- 2 egg yolks
- One tablespoon of tomato pureé
- 2 egg whites
Mince the ham. Beat the egg yolks with the spoon of tomato pureé, salt and pepper and then beat the yoghurt and add the egg and tomato mixture to the yoghurts. Separately beat the egg whites until they form a foamy peak and spoon the whites into the other mixture. Add the minced ham to the mixture and mix in well. Pour the whole mixture into a baking tin (preferably a cake tin which separates) and bain-marie the mixture. (Balance or place over a pan of simmering water to cook; Similar to the melting of chocolate). Let it cook this way for around 45 minutes. After this remove, take out of the baking tin and serve. It could also be cooked in smaller pots for example ramekins, but would take less time to cook.
