- A 200g tin of tuna
- A 250g tin of mixed vegetables
- 4 egg yolks
- A tablespoon of milk
- Salt and pepper
Drain the oil from the tin of tuna and with the oil grease four small-sized baking tins. Drain the tinned vegetables and fill the small tins with a mixture of tuna and vegetables.
Beat the egg yolks together with the milk, salt and pepper and then pour the mixture over the tuna and vegetables. Put the tins in the oven (at a temperature of 180º) for 20 minutes. When done take them from the oven and serve hot.
