In a pan put the milk, the butter, the salt and put on the heat until it starts to boil. When in starts to boil the flour needs to be added, and mix it constantly constantly with a spatula until the mixture spreads along the sides. Then the eggs are added and the mixture should be stirred energetically. It should be of a creamy consistency. Then once the moixture is mixed take spoonfuls of the mixture and fry it in lots of oil. Once they are fried drain them and let them cool. These can be filled with cream and sprinkle with sugar.
