Figs with custard cream



Cut the figs into slices and soak them in the lemon juice. Put them in the fridge for an hour. Beat the yolks with the sugar in a blender. Boil the milk with the vanilla stick, and then remove the stick. Add the hot milk bit by bit to the eggs in a pan and cook on a medium heat for 10 minutes. Leave it to cool. Put the custard on the serving dish, with the figs on top, and then put in the fridge to cool. Serve cold. If you want, dust it with a little cinnamon.
