In a dish mix the pig fat, the oil, the water, the white wine, the drops of lemon juice and a bit of salt. Work everything in together well and gradually add the flour. Carry on mixing and then add the yeast and mix until a non-sticky mixture is obtained. Then flour a rolling pin and roll out the dough 2 or 3 times. Now, leave it to stand in a cold place for a minimum of an hour. After letting the dough rest for a while start to add the filling. Take the dough and rip off pieces rolling them out into rectangles, which then should be filled with a small amount of the filling, and then the ends should be firmly closed so no filling runs out.
For the filling mix the ground nuts with the sugar, the glass of aniseed and a small amount of water if needed to bind the mixture. Fry the toasties in lots of oil however not on such a high heat so the filling cooks too. When they start to brown take them from the frying pan and place them on kitchen paper to drain them of excess oil. Serve them with a coating of sugar.
