Milk dessert



Grate the lemon rind and mix it with the icing sugar and cinnamon. Then add the milk (whether liquid or powdered). Beat the egg white with a little salt until it is stiff, and add it carefully to the mixture so that it doesn’t soften. Put it in the freezer and serve on top of the emptied lemons. Decorate with a mint leaf.
