Heat the oil with the lemon rind. Remove the lemon rind, allow it to cool, and add the sesame seeds. Put these ingredients in a large bowl, and then add the wine, the grated lemon and orange, and the sugar. Add the flour gradually until it forms a dough. Leave it to rest for 30 minutes. Then make round shapes from the dough, put a few almonds on top of each one and cook them until they turn golden brown. You can serve them dusted with cinnamon and sugar.
