Peach flan



Turn the oven on to preheat at a temperature of 220º. Start by beating the eggs in a bowl, add the flour and continue beating, add the sugar, the peach liquor and the milk and beat everything until well mixed. Grease the dish in which the mixture is going to be cooked put the peaches, washed, de-stoned and cut in half, and with the de-stoned part facing downwards cover them with the mixture. Put it in the oven until it browns. Serve warm or cold sprinkling with grated almond.
