Filled Peaches

Peaches filled with honey, nuts and sponge fingers



Cut the peaches in half, soak them in the Kirsch and leave them to rest for an hour. Remove the shells from the nuts and crumble the sponge fingers. Mix these two ingredients with the honey, sesame and a little Kirsch. Fill the middle of the peaches with this mixture and decorate with cherries and a fresh mint leaf.
