- Half a litre of oil
- 150gr of sugar
- A glass of orujo o other liqour
- A small cup of tepid water
- Flour (if it is necessary)
In a deep bowl mix the sugar, the orujo, the oil, the cinnamon and the tepid water. Then add flour and mix until getting a fluffy mixture. The mixture is taken in small pieces and then formed into balls. In a dish greased with oil place the small balls and bake them at 180º until they brown. Then take them out and sprinkle them with sugar.
