Make the dough by beating the eggs with the sugar, add the flour and the starch, mix well, and then add the ground vanilla and the melted butter. Mix well and then stretch the mixture into an oven tin that has been greased with butter. Bake it on a medium heat for 30 minutes. Remove it from the oven and allow it to cool. While the base is in the oven soak the strawberries in the Kirsch with the 50g of sugar and leave them for an hour. Then soak the tart with the Kirsch from the strawberries, use the strawberries to fill the base, and then decorate with whipped cream.
