- 100gr of readymade puff pastry
- 4 tablespoons of caster sugar
- 60gr of granulated sugar
- 130gr of milk
- 3 egg yolks
- 200gr of cooking chocolate
- 400gr of whipping cream, whipped
Cut the pastry into large squares and it needs to be put into a baking dish and put in the oven at 180º for 3 minutes. When it has been in the oven three minutes the temperature should be turned down to 150º and then needs to be left for around 10 more minutes and then once it’s done take from the oven and let cool. Put the egg yolks, the sugar in a pan and mix together well. Once everything is mixed well, add the milk and put everything on to the heat until it gets thick. Then put in the chocolate stir and leave it until it melts. Once the chocolate has melted, let it cool. When the chocolate is cool, add the cream gradually making sure to mix everything together well. Then cut pastry through the middle and fill them with them with the mousse. Sprinkle with sugar.
