Mullet with scrambled eggs



Mix the caviar with the large tablespoon of chopped onion. Finely chop the small onion and the two garlic cloves and then melt the butter in a frying pan and add the onion and garlic. Let the onion and garlic lightly fry and whilst frying beat the 8 eggs adding a small amount of cream and the parsley. Then add the 8 eggs to the frying pan. Cut the baguette into slices and toast, serving the scrambled eggs on top with some of the mullet mixed with onion.
