Plaice with garlic



Chop the garlic into small pieces, and then lightly fry them on a medium heat. Clean the plaice fillets, and when the garlic has almost browned, add the fillets to the pan and allow them to cook, turning them over a few times. Sprinkle them with the paprika, finely chopped parsley and serve hot with the garlic and oil as a dressing.
