Red shrimps in cava



Brown the garlic cloves in very hot oil and then remove them from the pan. Clean the shrimps, fry them on a medium heat and then cover them in cava. Let the cava evaporate and take them out of the pan but keep them hot. Shell half of the shrimps and cut the tails into small pieces. Put the chopped tails in a saucepan, add the single cream and continue cooking for a couple of minutes.
Serve the shrimps whole accompanied by the sauce and the rice.
