Salmon Mousse



Brown the salmon in some melted butter. Remove it and drain it well. Shred it into a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients, including the breadcrumbs which should be soaked in a little milk. Grind it all in a blender. Season it with salt and pepper. Grease a baking tin for the oven. Put the mixture in it and bake in a hot oven for 15 minutes. Serve accompanied with Rose-Marie sauce.
