Pork with lemon sauce, olives and paprika



Cut the meat into pieces, add the spices and leave it to marinate for about an hour. Slice the onion and brown it in a frying pan; when it is done add the meat and leave it to brown. Cut the lemon and add it to the meat, along with the lemon rind, the olives and the white wine. Leave it to cook with the lid on for half an hour.
