Steak with red wine foie gras



Peel the carrots and courgette, cut them into pieces, and then boil them. Fry the sliced potatoes. Meanwhile, reduce the red wine in a pan until half of it remains, then add the beef stock and the butter. Boil it for a minute and then put it to one side.
Season the steaks with salt and pepper and fry them in a frying pan. When they are done, put them on a plate with the foie gras slices on top. Add the sauce and garnish with the carrots, courgette and fried potatoes.
