Rice with crab



Start by finely chopping the onion and frying it in a pan with the oil until it becomes transparent. Then add the two tins of crab meat to this, having taken out the bones first. Add the cooked rice, the lemon juice, the small amount of butter, the clove of garlic, a small amount of ground thyme, half a leaf of laurel and the red pepper chopped into small squares. Let everything lightly fry for around 10 minutes, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon. Add salt and pepper and serve garnishing with the chopped parsley.
