Quinoa salad



Fry the quinoa with a little olive oil and then add a litre of water for it to cook, and leave it to cook for twenty minutes. Cut the vegetables into small pieces and sauté them in olive oil and when the quinoa is cooked and drained of any water add the vegetables. Then dress everything the vinaigrette made by mixing together the oil, the mustard, the vinegar and salt and pepper.
